Shipping policy

All of our pedals are made in Canada and fall under the CUSMA trade agreement for shipments to the US. Each order will be shipped with the appropriate documentation claiming no additional taxes and duty. Please note that we cannot guarantee against potential change or delays at the border, and the receiver is responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.

We ship using CANADA POST and STALLION EXPRESS domestically and internationally. We will not mark the items as a gift and the buyer is responsible for all import fees, taxes, VAT, customs fees, etc...

Due to the ungovernable nature of these laws on StonegateFx' part, we refute any accountability or responsibility for any additional fees & customs tax you may incur.

All shipment receiving dates are estimated and not guarantees.
