Warranty

Every pedal is built to last, and I stand behind the work that goes into each one.

Hardware Warranty – 2 Years: Footswitches, jacks, knobs, enclosures, and all other mechanical parts are covered for 2 years. After the warranty period, hardware issues can still be repaired for our standard bench fee, plus parts if required.

Electronics Warranty – Lifetime: All internal circuitry, components, and soldering workmanship are covered for the lifetime of the product, ensuring long-term reliability.

Warranty Start Date:
Coverage begins on the date the customer receives the product, not the date of shipment.

Transferable Warranty:
This warranty is fully transferable. If the pedal is sold or gifted, the remaining warranty automatically transfers to the new owner, provided proof of original purchase or serial information is available.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper power supplies, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

“Lifetime of the product” refers to the period during which the pedal is actively supported, serviceable, and able to function as originally designed. Even if a model is discontinued, we will continue to support and service it for as long as essential components remain available and the unit can be reasonably repaired. The product's lifetime ends only when required parts become permanently unavailable or the pedal can no longer be restored to proper working condition. In short: as long as humanly possible! 

Pedals modified or repaired by StonegateFx have a warranty of 1 year that starts upon receipt by customer.
